As part of the annual Sumo Nottingham game jam I banded together with some artists and we decided to make a souls-like game where you fight a stack of dwarves! For this we used UE4 and C++, as well as Mixamo animations and some asset packs. The characters are all handmade.
I did all of the programming, including player attacks, AI, VFX and UI, and led the team overall. I also managed the source control (perforce) and coordinated each aspect of the project.
This project overall helped me become more familiar with my coworkers, as at the time I was very new to the company so it was a good way of getting to know each other. Overall I am happy with what we created in a couple of days.

Project Highlights
Overall, the highlight of this project for me was it being a good introduction to people in the studio, as this was the first thing I did at Sumo Nottingham - even before being assigned to a project. It helped me get to know them, and I am still friends with them even though some have now left the company. In fact, I am currently developing my side project with one of them (Skyhoard).
